Cindy Pak Leaker, Nurse Practitioner
Cindy Pak Leaker, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience in family, emergency and urgent care medicine. After years of navigating fibroids, infertility, pregnancy, adoption, and the overlooked symptoms of perimenopause, menopause and ultimately an elective hysterectomy, she experienced firsthand how easy it is for women to be dismissed when their bodies are asking for support. Her motto is, “I became the provider that I could not find” and has helped countless patients transform their lives.
She now specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for men and women going through every phase of midlife menopause and andropause (male hormone loss). Her goal is to bust the myth that menopause and andropause are a natural part of life and that we should “Tough It Out,” and “Deal With It!” It is her mission to offer help and hope to those suffering in their daily lives.
New You specializes in personalized hormone balancing programs that prioritize time, attention, and connection. New You intentionally limits just 15 new patients per month—to focus on quality of care that every patient deserves. She currently leads thriving practices in Glenview, IL and Chicago’s West Loop, where she focuses on hormone replacement therapy for men and women, preventive health, and integrative treatment strategies including peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and aesthetics. Cindy is an active member of The Menopause Society (formerly known as The North American Menopause Society), BHRT Training Academy, Worldlink and The Menopause Association.
Cindy is known for her compassionate approach and deep clinical knowledge. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized, evidence-based care to stay healthy in the present to avoid disease and illness in the future.
